Ideen om at galskap er sunn og friheit er ein knyttneve i magen, brakte Oda og Ru saman i dypet av universitetet og helvete i Bergen i 2011. Saman bestemte dei seg for å skapa noko brutalt for å uttrykkje sine følelsar om menneskeslekta og nonsens. Dei laga fleire songar i Ru sitt heimstudio, og etter ei stund trengte dei hjelp til å føda barnet, kalla Utflod.
I dag består Utflod av Oda på vokal, Daniel på gitar, Ru på gitar og vokal, Mirco på bass og Kristoffer som "trommefar". Bandet finn inspirasjon frå fleire sjangrar og skaper ein lyd som fell inn under sub-sjangerne Punk/Hard/Black-core.

Our style is call`d (Southern Death/Grind)
I belive we are the first band in the world to create this style. We are always bettering our self and it was always my goal to make music that`s different from the other bands. The speed, the souther heavy blues and the jackhammer guitar sound is our trade mark.
Not only our music, but our image stands out. Inspired by the Mexican cartels and native American tribes, we are uniformed and war painted. Members from the Norway`s biggest death metal band "Blood Red Throne". We got a lot of shows and tour`s on our backs.
As a music/noise composure and mastar mind of SOAS, I write music from my soul. I`ve been through a lot of heavy stuff in my life. I was in the bosnian civil war befor I came to Norway, as a rufugee.
You wanna talk hate, war, agression, post war stress, trauma.....
