Your journey begins with a boat pick-up, leading you through LILLØY's kelpy oasis to a culinary island tour, before settling in for a communal
nine-course dinner. The night ends with a nightcap in our Botanical Library – because all good stories deserve a proper ending.
Together with her culinary companions, Antje crafts signature plantbased seafood dishes that honour the island's natural bounty –
sustainably sourced, wildly inspired, and utterly unforgettable.
