Did you know that what happens on the yoga-mat is just a small part of yoga practice?
I believe if everyone could practice yoga, we would feel better and the world would be a better place because of it.
In this 7 week course, the classes are based on some of my favourite parts of yogic wisdom, found in Patanjalis Yoga sutra as themes for the classes.
The course is suitable for everyone who has some prior experience with yoga. Vinyasa is a creative and fun style of yoga, with flowing breath to movement, and music.
The duration of the classes will be between 75 – 90 minutes. After each class you are invited to share in conversation about the topic of the class and enjoy a warm cup of tea (30minutes).

There will be no class in week 41(høstferie).

The course will be taught in English, by Marion.
Due to the Covid-19 situation everyone must bring their own yoga mat, and blanket for shavasana. If you have blocks and a strap, feel free to bring it if you need it.
