The café at The Funny Farm is truly one of a kind, decorated in the style of a 1950s diner and with seasonal decorations. The café is open during open farm hours. Here you can buy hot dogs, freshly made waffles, cakes, cotton candy, slushies, and ice cream, among other things.
The Funny Farm, also known as Karlstad Farm, is located in Hobøl, about a 40-minute drive from Oslo. The farm is called The Funny Farm because visitors are encouraged to have fun while they’re there.
Opening Hours
The Funny Farm is open from Easter through October, every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Extended hours during school breaks; check the website for a detailed schedule.
