Attme Have (By the Sea) is a family owned small and beautiful boutique hotel.

We are located by the sea in gorgeous Dyrøy – Animal Island. Our modern, high standard apartments and hotel rooms have fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Enjoy wildlife, peace and quiet. From October to March, you can experience the spectacular Northern Lights from balconies of the hotel rooms and from the terrace of the apartments.

Perhaps you would like to experience peace through a Yoga class that the owner offers in a nice yoga studio at the hotel?Enjoy our outdoor jacuzzi all year round!


We have good hiking opportunities all year round. We offer bicycle trips from the hotel to the wonderful view and historical points on the island as well as to the local farm that produces honey. May be you will enjoy a round of frisbee golf to the northern most 18 hole Frieesby golf course in Dyrøy!

We offer a traditional Norwegian breakfast served in a traditional family way – in the kitchen. Please taste our local foods such as lamb, eggs, and honey from our neighboring farms. You will find the breakfast in the joint dining/kitchen area on the 1st floor.

Attme Have is located 400 meters from Speedboat quay. It takes 2 hours by Speedboat from Tromsø and 1 hour from Harstad.

Transport by car:
We are located 50 minutes from the island of Senja, 2 hours from Harstad, 3 hours from Tromsø and 4 hours from Lofoten (Please contact us for suggestions for driving routes to/from here).

Transport by air:
About 1 hour by car to Bardufoss Airport, 2 hours from Evenes Airport and about 3 hours from Tromsø Airport.
