Route 8 Flow

At Route 8 Flow(ers) Studio, we offer experiences that flow to Route 8 in Lista, Norway. Located in Borhaug at Innovation Barn (Fyrveien 2, 4563 Borhaug, Norway), Route 8 Flow(ers) Studio offers a variety of yoga, pilates, and ikebana (Japanese flower design) classes. We curate private retreat experiences for families, corporations, and friends that incorporate yoga, flowers, and local tourist experiences.

You can join a group class as a drop-in attendee, participate in a series of classes around a specific theme in yoga or pilates, take an individual yoga, pilates, or ikebana lesson to perfect your form, or attend one of our open-house events that promote active-learning, education, and community with others to network and have fun. Route 8 Flow(ers) Studio sells yoga and flower equipment and also provides overnight accommodations.
